TopBloc is a startup Workday support company that is dedicated to both its clients and its consultants. We are passionate about providing a veteran and reliable support structure for existing Workday clients in all areas, and we are looking to expand our team. TopBloc is committed to providing consultants with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a certified Workday Benefits consultant who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm, but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Benefits Certification (REQUIRED)
  • 1-2 Years Workday Benefits implementation experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)
  • General knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, and the Affordable Care Act

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Benefit support team in providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests
  • Become internal Benefits leader through the development of training and sales material related to all Benefits areas including open enrollment
  • Assist integrations team in Benefits integrations configuration and testing alongside client and Benefits vendors

Skills:

  • Experience implementing Workday benefits configurations for customers of all sizes
  • Strong personal communication and phone skills
  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Benefits solutions according to customer requirements
