TopBloc is committed to providing consultants with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a Senior Workday Payroll Consultant who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Payroll Certification (MUST HAVE)
  • 1-2 Years Workday Payroll implementation experience with a Workday partner (MUST HAVE)
  • General knowledge in payroll checklists, earnings and deductions, pay groups, general ledger, costing allocations, audit alerts, approval processes, and security rules
  • Experience implementing Workday Payroll configurations for customers of all sizes
  • Knowledge in requirements gathering, designing, prototyping and testing of Workday Payroll solutions according to customer requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Payroll support team in providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests
  • Become internal Payroll leader through the development of training and sales material related to all Payroll areas
  • Assist integrations team in Payroll integrations configuration and testing alongside client and Payroll vendors
  • Skills:

Requirements

  • Work in a staff augmentation role on externally sourced Workday Payroll related contract position
