TopBloc is a Workday Services firm that is dedicated to both its clients and its consultants. We are passionate about providing a reliable support structure for Workday clients in all areas, and we are looking to expand our team. TopBloc is committed to providing consultants with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a Workday Technical/Integration Consultant who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Qualifications:

  • Preferred Computer Science or Information Technology Degree
  • Project Work or Example Code from School
  • Github Profile
  • Prior consulting or client/customer interfacing experience is preferred
  • Knowledge or previous experience with Workday is preferred

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers, vendors and our functional teams to define requirements for integrations between the Workday product and other systems (outside carriers, outside vendors, clients’ internal systems and data warehouses)
  • Build and test integrations between Workday and other systems
  • Support the integration team, providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests

Skills: 

  • Strong interpersonal communication and phone skills
  • Previous coding experience
