We are looking for a Sales Executive to service the Midwest Region who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Qualifications:
· 2+ years’ experience selling Workday Solutions or Workday Professional Services; or 2+ years’ experience with consulting delivery of Workday Solutions
· 5+ years of sales experience in a professional services organization or 5+ years of experience in Consulting Delivery in an enterprise-class customer environment, and experience with SaaS is a plus
· Strong knowledge of vendors, products, and services in Enterprise application space
· Ability to work with customers and internal team members to estimate services needed
· Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to present to all organizational levels
· Ability to travel 50-75% to customer and Workday locations

Key Responsibilities Include:
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with Workday personnel
· Manage sales cycles by coordinating with both prospects and internal staff
· Execute on concurrent sales cycles, while maintaining accuracy and effectiveness
· Manage services statement-of-work and contracting process
· Manage and run all prospects and sales leads
· Work with the internal TopBloc team to develop estimates for future work and projects
· Protect and grow the business while managing a quarterly sales quota
· Report on the status of sales processes with regards to both existing and potential customers on a regular basis
· Provide support for marketing events and activities
