We quickly and pragmatically deploy Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. TopBloc is committed to providing consultants with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Responsibilities:
• Ensure projects adhere to frameworks and all documentation and templates are maintained appropriately for each project.
• Maintain and monitor project plans, project schedules, and hours.
• Assist Project Managers to ensure project deadlines and requirements are met.
• Assist in preparing necessary presentation materials for meetings.
• Document and follow up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
• Provide additional administrative support as needed.

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Minimum 1+ years’ experience in a general business environment with project coordination and/or administrative experience.
• Experience using Asana or other Project Management software.
• Extensive experience with PowerPoint and MS Office suite.
• Ability to work on tight deadlines.
• Ability to create and maintain complex spreadsheets and documents.

• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment
• Ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously
