We quickly and pragmatically deploy Human Capital Management, Payroll, and Financials business processes and technology, letting our customers focus on their business while they gain immediate value. Once live, we provide expertise and resources as needed to operate and augment the solution.

Qualifications:

  • 1-2 year(s) full life-cycle recruiting experience (preferably in staffing or fast paced environment)
  • Previous sales or sales environment experience highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability and passion to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Great attention to detail
  • Good sense of humor

Requirements:

  • Create a successful sourcing strategy to recruit candidates for positions across all lines of business
  • Develop and maintain a network of candidate prospects
  • Collaborate with Partners and Managers to create job descriptions for open positions
  • Manage assigned jobs and run with all applicants
  • Maintain hiring timeline to ensure hiring requirements are met
  • Coordinate all new hires through TopBloc’s onboarding and training process
  • Assist HR with the onboarding of all new hires
