TopBloc is committed to providing consultants with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a Senior Workday Benefits Consultant who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

Qualifications:

  • Workday Benefits Certification (REQUIRED)
  • 1-2 Years Workday Benefits implementation experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)
  • General knowledge in Benefits groups, plans, coverage levels, eligibility, business processes, open enrollment, and the Affordable Care Act
  • Experience implementing Workday benefits configurations for customers of all sizes
  • Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Benefits solutions according to customer requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Benefit support team in providing clients with support and configuration fixes as well as recommending best practices related to client requests
  • Become internal Benefits leader through the development of training and sales material related to all Benefits areas including open enrollment
  • Assist integrations team in Benefits integrations configuration and testing alongside client and Benefits vendors

  • Ability to travel 25-45%
