Qualifications:
- Workday Time Tracking and Absence Certification (REQUIRED)
- 1-2 Years Workday Time Tracking and Absence implementation or support experience with a Workday partner (REQUIRED)
- Knowledge in gathering requirements, design, prototype, and testing of Workday Time Tracking and Absence solutions according to customer requirements
- Knowledge in Absence Plans, Time Entry Templates, Time Calculations, Time Entry Codes, Eligibility Rules, Accrual Calculations, Business Processes, Custom Reports, Calculated Fields, and EIBs
- Experience supporting or implementing Workday time tracking and absence configurations for customers of all sizes
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients, supporting Workday issues, enhancements, and optimizations
- Consult with clients by offering Workday solutions and business problem resolutions
- Offer insight to on how to optimize Workday for our clients’ business
