When we went live we had 100 employees. We went with Workday because we didn’t have any process. We’ve been able to go from that 100 people to 1300 people in 4 year. Through Workday’s business process and tools and functionality, we’ve been able to grow with Workday. Using the native functionality, keeping things simple.

Our lead consultant took the time to build a deep understanding of our business model, including some of our more unique and complex processes, so that she could translate for us what we needed to accomplish and suggest potential solutions. That made our experience with them exceptional.
With any project, if you have great people who are not only willing to do what is needed to get the project done but also have deep knowledge in that area… We had TopBloc who has deep knowledge of the Workday system and experience in how it was being implemented for other retailers and other brands like us. And then we have the Dave & Buster’s team who knew the Dave & Buster’s business. And if you put those two things together, magic happens.
The Managed Testing team was also able to assist us with any specialized testing we felt was necessary in order to obtain comfort over certain key implementations, no matter how tedious, which from a resource constrained team, we very much appreciated. I highly recommend this service to anyone doing a Workday implementation with TopBloc, but especially for companies that aren’t able to properly dedicate staff to the Workday implementation.
Our Workday project was a heavy undertaking made easier by the effective project management and team that TopBloc provided. CBE was able to condense several softwares into one and to alleviate a portion of manual work with Workday. The overall organization of the project was critical due to all the moving parts; our Project Manager assigned by TopBloc was able to work in tandem with our EPMO to provide structure and guidance for the project.
The true testament to our experience with TopBloc is our continued relationship and how we continue to see value in the services and partnership they provide. The timeliness of their responses, their breadth of understanding, and their knowledge of Workday modules will have us continuing to leverage TopBloc as we implement other aspects of Workday across our business.
