TopBloc is committed to providing consultants with an environment that will foster morale and growth. We are looking for a Workday Project Manager who wants the intimacy of working for a small firm but has the ambition to be a driver for success.

 Requirements:

  • 2-3 years’ experience project managing Workday HCM implementations for medium or large enterprise organizations with a Workday partner firm. (**MUST HAVE**)
  • Workday project management certified. (**MUST HAVE**)
  • Experience with at least two HCM functional areas: Core HCM, Benefits, Talent Management, Payroll, Time Tracking, Compensation, Recruitment, or Absence Management.
  • Excellent organization, time management, business development and communication skills.
  • Ability to travel 25%.
  • Consulting experience either as an internal Workday consultant or with a consulting/software company is preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the implementation of multiple Medium Enterprise Workday projects.
  • Demonstrate capability in the Workday HCM product suite.
  • Work with TopBloc consultants to ensure projects are properly staffed.
  • Assist in the sales cycle including but not limited to gathering requirements and helping with SOWs.
  • Work with clients on Workday best practices.
