Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree
• Preferred Data Analytics, Informatics, or Information Technology background
• Prior consulting or client/customer interfacing experience
• Knowledge or previous experience with SaaS architectures preferred
• Previous experience with help desk support is preferred

Responsibilities:
• Work directly with clients, supporting Workday issues, enhancements, and optimizations
• Consult with clients by offering Workday solutions and business problem resolutions
• Offer insight to on how to optimize Workday for our clients’ business
• Develop and maintain professional relationships with all clients and 3rd party vendors

Skills:
• Strong interpersonal communication
• Experience scoping project requirements
• Adaptability and/or ability to manage change
• Problem solving / analytical thinking
• Teamwork and collaboration
• Coding experience a plus
